Greek Dolmades Workshop - May 9, 2018 at 6:30pm
You’ll learn how to make Greek Dolmades, or better known as Stuffed Grape Vine Leaves. Although cooked in chicken stock, these meatless version of Dolmades are very balanced with complex layers of flavours. As a bonus, you will also learn how to make Greek Hummus and we’ll serve it with fresh pita bread. Chef Dez is well known for his Greek food and this class won’t disappoint!
